Contracts are usually drafted for a minmum of three months commitment, after three months a rolling contract is issued. Contacts and agreements are based on a case by case basis, but always follow the following:

Business and Community Strategies responsibilities are:

1. Discover, clarify and align clear goals and manageable expectations.
2. Work with the [Business/Client] to help and guide the suggested changes.
3. Help the [Business/Client] implement and learn skills they wish to improve and do. 
4. Always treat the [Business/Client] with due diligence, equality, dignity and respect. 

The [Business/Client] responsibilities are:

1. Take full responsibility for all actions to resolve your own problems
2. Complete all actions and activities as agreed after each session.
3. Stay motivated to work through outcomes from the sessions.
4. Understand that Jasmine will offer guidance and experience however, it is the [Business/Client] choice whether you follow this strategy or not.
